Shipping Policy
We only sell and ship to the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. All Tick Twister® individual pack orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Bulk box orders (16 individual packs in each bulk box) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Most orders are processed by the next day (except orders placed on Saturday). You will receive an order confirmation email when you place your order. If we cannot fulfill an order for any reason, we will notify you by email with an expected fulfillment date, and you will have the option of cancelling your order if necessary.
Return Policy
Unopened Tick Twister® packs (must have been ordered individually at $3.95 price) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price ($3.95). Shipping and handling fees are not returnable. Please send returns with your name, address and original order number to:
